Subhash V. Thakrar
Mr. Subhash Vithaldas Thakrar is a former partner of Blackstone Franks LLP and CBW and now a consultant to CBW, London city-chartered accountants. He has recently been appointed as a Commissioner of UK Government to advice the Secretary of State for International Development
Subhash sits on the Boards of various companies in executive and non-executive positions. These include, London Chamber of Commerce (Past Chairman), India Value Investments Ltd (INVIL), Triangle Real Estate India Fund Managers Ltd, Attlee Centre, Let Britain Fly, Signature Africa Ventures Ltd and a number of other U.K. and international companies
He has been extensively involved in JVs and investment funds in India and more recently Africa. Subhash has also supported and worked with numerous charities including Pratham, Attlee Foundation, Oxford Centre for Hindu Studies, 3 R's Trust, Jaspar Centre etc. He is the founder chairman of Charity Clarity, an independent rating agency for charities
