Parantap Dave is a Chartered Accountant with 25+ years of consulting experience. He is the founder of a boutique consulting firm, Argent Advisors, which provides Corporate Advisory to SMEs on various critical issues ranging from incubation to IPO, concept to capital and vision to valuation. He also acts as an investment advisor and advises both investors and investees on transactions
He provides M&A services to clients and advises investors, including HNIs and corporate houses, on evaluating investment propositions, pre-investment appraisals, conducting valuation services and post-investment monitoring. He also advises promoters and business entities in formulating business strategies, business expansion plans and in formulating mechanisms to achieve growth targets. Parantap also serves as a director on the board of various companies.
