Siju is a retail industry veteran and has been a part of the retail & consumer space in India for nearly two and a half decades. He brings to the table an eclectic mix of business and technology thanks to his association with blue chip Indian and multinational corporations with a focus on managing various aspects of the demand and supply chain.
Siju works with organizations that seek to be omni-channel customer- centric in the truest sense by helping them build up the integrated application stack that enables a seamless, ONE customer experience across multiple channels of customer engagement.
Siju is part of thought leadership and industry forums like the Retailers Association of India (he is on the Technology Committee of RAI and the organizing panel of the annual Retail Technology Conclave - ReTechCon). He is a regular at academia interaction and contributes regularly to industry magazines and digital forums through articles.
