Mr. Soumya Padhi is a Chartered Accountant and currently acts as MD & CEO at Indorient Financial Services Limited and handles Merchant Banking division
Prior to joining the Firm, he has worked with several finance related organizations including as Head of Custody at Yes Bank, Head of Business Development at the Bombay Stock Exchange and also internationally as the Head of Business Development, Mauritius of Bourse Africa apart from National Stock Exchange, ICICI Bank and HSBC.
His expertise range from Business Development and Strategy, Capital markets, Investment Banking, Merchant Banking, Business structuring, transaction origination and business network creation.
Soumya was closely involved in the listing process of the BSE, he has also been associated in various capacities with clients that have used the capital market route to raise funds.
Soumya is an alum of Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
